Hi, yogis! I present you with a yoga flow that focusses primarily on the arms. This sequence features postures and exercises that target the biceps, triceps, forearms — and shoulders, too! Plus, like any good yoga flow, it also helps strengthen the core and the spine.
This workout takes less than 20 minutes and is a great way to wind down after a burst of cardio or a long day.
Warm up with a walk, a run, a more vigorous yoga flow or other cardio workout. No time for that? No worries. The sequence starts slow and ends with some well-deserved relaxation.
