Healthy avocado chocolate mousse

Valentine’s is right around the corner — ah, it’s tomorrow — and everyone deserves a little chocolate. Odds are, you have all of the ingredients for this health avocado chocolate mouse in your pantry already.

There are only five ingredients, no refined sugars and all of the healthy fats. Grab your blender or food processor, toss all of those ingredients in, and then blend away. After a minute or so, a lovely mouse will form.
