I really love coffee, especially a good dark roast blend. On days I work from home, I typically head down to my local coffee shop and get a cup of dark roast. I add some nut milk, a touch of cinnamon, and then sip, sip, sip. When I make coffee at home, I usually make extra and put some in the fridge for the next day. It comes in handy for this smoothie.
Cocoa Coffee Smoothie
- 1 cup of cold coffee
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Splash of plain, unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful of ice for serving
- Cacao nibs for garnish
- Blend coffee, banana, cocoa powder and Stevia.
- Add ice to a glass and pour smoothie in. Add a splash of milk and garnish.
